Deep Tissue Massage:

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Swedish Massage:

The Swedish massage is ideal for relaxing and increasing your blood circulation. The Swedish massage is usually performed with light pressure. Techniques include long strokes, thumb & finger kneading, tapping and light vibrations that affects the body’s nerve and vascular sytem and ease muscle tensions.

Hot Stone Therapy:

Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

Reflexology:

A compression massage applied to the feet and hands, in order to engage & activate reflexes that correspond to all parts of the body. It is based on the Chinese method of Zone Therapy. Stimulation of these reflex zones can help restore the body’s normal physiological functioning, reduce tension, alleviate the effects of stress, and assist in bringing greater balance to the body & mind.

Cupping Therapy:

It is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin; practitioners believe this mobilizes blood flow in order to promote healing. Suction is created using heat (fire) or mechanical devices (hand or electrical pumps).
